Join Loovi XDownload the full checklist PDF and tick it off at your own pace. Everything on the list is gear you're responsible for bringing.
No. If you can comfortably walk 10 km today, our 4-week Zone 2 plan will prep you for the full 107 km.
Absolutely. Loovi X is designed for committed humans, not elite athletes. If you can manage three brisk 30-minute walks a week, the Loovi training plan will meet you where you are: progressive Zone 2 sessions, light pack practice, and mobility drills that build stamina without breaking you. By departure day you'll feel ready, not run-down—proof that adventure belongs to anyone willing to take the first step. How Loovi works.
You'll receive a personalised 4-week schedule: Zone 2 cardio blocks, mobility & strength circuits, plus one optional VO₂-max/bloodwork session to fine-tune recovery and supplements.
We take the summer tourist route—well-marked trails, no ropes or crampons. It's ~14 km round-trip with 1 000 m ascent over mixed snow and rock. Guides set an easy pace with plenty of photo opportunities, and anyone who prefers can skip the summit and continue on the valley trail with a support guide.
We cap this Loovi X project at 30 places, so once the list is full, it's full. Fast movers get the adventure; latecomers join the wait-list. Express your interest in this form.
Flights Stockholm → Kiruna, transfers, five trail days with guides, all meals, photo/video package, personalised supplement kit, Loovi performance apparel, and return transport to Stockholm. Only personal gear and optional rentals are extra.
Yes—one person can book up to three spots in a single checkout. You'll receive separate intake forms for each participant so we can tailor training plans and kit sizes individually.
Download the full checklist and pack as much of your own kit as possible—then aim to keep trail weight between 10-15 kg (food and fuel included). Anything you're missing can be rented via Loovi, but self-sufficient packs are the goal.
Yes. Mark rental-available items (★) on the checklist, then email projectx@loovi.se with what you need and your sizing (if relevant). Your kit will be waiting in Stockholm on departure day.
A 50-85 L internal-frame pack with a padded hip-belt and rain cover. Anything bigger invites over-packing; anything smaller rarely fits a five-day load + bear-canister-size food bag.
No—aviation rules prohibit stove fuel. Loovi pre-positions fresh gas canisters in Abisko; just bring your stove (empty) or rent one from us.
You'll get three freeze-dried meals a day plus snacks. Water is refilled straight from Lapland mountain streams—some of the cleanest on Earth. We still hand out purification tablets for those who want, but most locals and visitors drink it unfiltered.
Cell coverage is patchy to non-existent, but Loovi brings a portable Starlink hub. We power it up for roughly 4-8 hours each day so you can send urgent messages or uploads. We do encourage a full digital detox—it's part of the Loovi X experience.
Roughly 6-7 hours of walking with breaks every 90 minutes for photos, snacks and foot checks. The group stays together; the slowest hiker sets the speed so no one gets left behind.
Yes—this is a self-supported trek. You'll hike with your own 10-15 kg pack. Extra city luggage can be stored securely in Stockholm or Abisko and collected after the trip.
Guides are certified wilderness first responders together with Loovi's physicians & sports/rehab physiotherapist trek with the group the whole journey.
We monitor real-time forecasts and carry satellite weather updates. If conditions become unsafe (e.g., storm or whiteout), guides will adjust the route or call a weather lay-over. Wildlife encounters are rare; we brief everyone on food storage, and necessary safety precautions for the area.
Participants should hold personal travel insurance that includes hiking above 2 000 m. We'll guide you to reputable Swedish insurers if you don't already have suitable cover.
Yes (not mandatory) — it's built in. Every participant receives Loovi's 2-Month Analysis Program free of charge: • A home comprehensive blood test covering 40+ key biomarkers • One-to-one video consultation with a Loovi physician to interpret your results and refine your supplement plan • Personalised fitness program plus optional VO₂-max, strength and mobility self-tests guided through Loovi platform We email you a one-time voucher that sets the program price to 0 kr at checkout. Complete the test and consult before departure to hit the trail in peak condition.
Yes. Registration includes a media-release; you'll also receive the full video & photo set and the finished film for personal use. You are always free to post your favorite photos and videos, tag @loovihealth and #looviprojectX
All footage and participant details are stored on encrypted servers under GDPR-compliant protocols. Only Loovi's media team and approved editors access raw files, and personal data unrelated to storytelling is purged 30 days after the film is delivered.
Primarily on Loovi's owned channels: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and the Loovi X landing page. Select sponsors may share short edits, but always under Loovi's brand guidelines—never for unrelated advertising.
Absolutely. Each participant gets a download link with high-res images and the final mini-doc. You're free to post them on personal socials or print them; commercial use (e.g., brand partnerships) requires Loovi's written okay.
